Paula Johns LLM BComm
Paula has been an integral part of the Cappello Rowe team since establishment of the firm. Paula’s primary passion is assisting her clients, their families and extended networks manage the complexities associated with wills, succession, family law and the management of deceased estates. Paula also holds a Masters in Applied Laws (Wills and Estates).
Prior to returning to her community of Griffith in 2006, Paula spent a decade studying and working in Sydney and London in the area of intellectual property. She continues to manage an extensive portfolio of trade marks for her clients and routinely advises on related intellectual property issues, including online content clearances and IP licensing.
Paula was born and bred in the Riverina; her family has a historic association with farming and agriculture which provides her with a unique personal and professional understanding of the legal issues faced by rural communities. She prides herself on an approachable, compassionate and professional manner, working with all parties to achieve the best possible outcomes (both litigious and non-litigious).
She has been working as a Solicitor for fifteen years and is admitted in both the Supreme Court of NSW and the High Court of Australia. Paula is also the secretary of the Riverina Law Society.
